Join us for an evening of reflection, empowerment, and inspiration, alongside a panel of successful Afro-Latinas. Don't miss out on this empowering journey as we delve into the intersectionality between stereotypes and conventional notions of success and identity within the vibrant tapestry of the Black Diaspora.

We are thrilled to feature Sulma Arzu-Brown ‘03, a distinguished Lehman College alumna and acclaimed author of "Bad Hair Does Not Exist/Pelo Malo No Existe” and “My Hair Comes With Me: Shifting the Paradigm of What Success Looks Like." Other panelists include Veronica Rosario and Jas Webb, who will contribute their unique perspectives to the discussion, enriching our understanding of these important themes.
