Welcome to AdvisorTrac!

AdvisorTrac is Undergraduate Advisement’s new advising and appointment scheduling tool.  This system provides 24-hour access to schedule an advising session at your convenience.  AdvisorTrac allows you to take advantage of early advisement for academic planning and timely registration.

Who can sign up for appointments using AdvisorTrac? 

AdvisorTrac can currently be used to schedule advising sessions at the Office of Undergraduate Advisement by all Lehman students.  Incoming Associate Degree holders (AA or AS only) will be notified via email for specific advisement sessions and need not schedule an appointment in AdvisorTrac.  In addition, if you are part of a special program such as ADP, FYI, LSP/Macaulay, SEEK, or SYI, you should contact your program or your assigned advisor.  Lastly, second degree students should see their major departments unless they have yet to complete the required pre-requisites for acceptance to the program.  This includes students majoring in Nursing, Social Work and Speech and Hearing Sciences. 

Who should not sign up for appointments using AdvisorTrac?

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment? 

Appointments can be scheduled up to the time of the appointment, if there is availability. 

How far in advance do I need to cancel an appointment?

Appointments should be cancelled with as much notice as possible to allow others to take advantage of the open slot, but with no less than 24 hours’ notice.  Failure to do so will be considered a missed appointment.

What happens if I miss an appointment?   

If you miss an appointment you will have an opportunity to reschedule.  Failure to keep two appointments within one semester will result in the inability to schedule additional appointments for the remainder of the term. 

What are the office hours?
The office is open during the following hours:

  • Monday:  9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday:  9:00 am – 6:30 pm (while classes are in session)
  • Wednesday:  9:00 am – 6:30 pm (while classes are in session)
  • Thursday:  9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Friday:  9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Please note that when the summer schedule is in effect (June 22nd – June 26th, July 6th – August 7th), the office is open during the following hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday:  8:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday:  8:00 am – 6:30 pm

During the week of June 29th, the office will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Tuesday until 6:30 pm.  

What do I need to bring for my advising appointment?

Advising appointments require preparation.  You are required to bring a list of questions and a copy of your current degree audit.  Please review your audit prior to your appointment and note any questions or discrepancies. 

Where can I find my degree audit?

Degree audits can be accessed and printed by selecting the “Student Advisement Degree Audit” link in your CUNY Portal. 

What should I do if I would like to see a specific advisor?

Please follow the instructions for scheduling an appointment and, upon arrival, request to see your preferred advisor.

Who are advisors 1,2,3,4 and 5? 

Advisors 1,2,3,4 and 5 represent available academic advisors and do not correspond to any specific advisor.  If you would like to see a particular advisor, please schedule an appointment and request to see your preferred advisor upon arrival.
