Help Desk in the Academic IT Center
Welcome to the IT Help Desk—the first point of contact for members of the Lehman College community seeking information and assistance with campus technology support issues. We are located in the Academic IT Center, in Room 108 of Carman Hall.
The Carman Help Desk is staffed during standard business hours Monday-Saturday when the College is open. The help desk is closed on Sundays. Please see here for the daily schedule to learn IT Center hours of operation.
In addition to walk-in consultation during our hours of operation, you may also schedule a help desk appointment using our LehmanQ mobile scheduling system. LehmanQ is also available on Lehman’s mobile app, available at the App Store or on Google Play.

IT Help Desk in the Leonard Lief Library
Information Technology also operates a Help Desk in the Leonard Lief Library, Monday to Friday (hours vary).
