Michael E. Sullivan, M.S.Ed., Director of Campus Life

Mr.Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Stonehill College in Easton, MA. He received his Master's in Counselor Education from Fordham University's Graduate School of Education at Lincoln Center and studied higher education management at Teachers College, Columbia University. Mr. Sullivan joined Lehman College in January 1998. His research interests are student success, urban commuter students, and the student leadership social change model. He is co-founder of the Herbert H. Lehman Center for Student Leadership Development. He has co-presented programs at the NASPA National and Regional Conferences as well as ACUI Regional and CUNY Leadership Conferences.

Suzette Ramsundar, M.S.Ed., Associate Director of Campus Life

Suzette Ramsubdar Profile Ms. Ramsundar serves as the coordinator of the Herbert H. Lehman Center for Student Leadership Development. She is a graduate of Hunter College and received her Master’s degree from Lehman in Education with a concentration in Counseling. Ms.Ramsundar’s prior experience includes serving as coordinator of the Student Affairs PEER Educator Program, which involved program conceptualization, curricular development, facilitating in-service workshops, and program management. She has worked closely with various student development programs such as the Urban Male Leadership Program, Supplemental Instruction, and the Bronx Institute. She enjoys working with students at Lehman College and is a member of NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators) and NCLP (National Clearinghouse for Leadership Programs). Ms. Ramsundar has presented at the Regional NASPA Conference in 2013 and is pursuing graduate studies at Teachers College,Columbia University.

Michael J. Steele, M.B.A., Assistant Director of Campus Information Services and Operations

mike steele photo Mr.Steele holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. He joined the Lehman staff in September 2011. He served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Student Life at The College of Mount Saint Vincent where he maintained the club financial accounts. He also coordinated and supervised campus social ,cultural and academic events. Prior to his gradaute work Mr. Steele worked as an Advisor at the Harlem Center for Education. Mr. Steele's interest is Organizational Behavior.

Kayla Richardson, M.S.Ed., Assistant Director of Campus Life.

Kayla Head Shot Ms. Richardson earned a Bachelor Of Science Degree from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY and a Masters of Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She served a a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Student Life while at SUNY Buffalo. She joined the Office of Campus Life staff in September, 2013. She enjoys working with clubs and organizations, helping students succeed through their extracurricular involvement. Her professional interests include: student development, learning outcomes based programming, student leadership development, and assessment.

Margaret Registe, A.S.,CUNY Office Assistant

Ms.Registe is a Bronx Community College graduate. She received an Associate Degree in accounting in 2001. She is currently enrolled in the Bachelors Degree in Social Work at Lehman College. Ms.Registe served as a program administrator at Bronx Community College before joining the Office of Campus Life in January of 2008.

Aswad Bunsie, College Assistant

Mr.Bunsie joined the Office of Campus Life as a College Assistant in 2000. He coordinates the Targetvision information system and assists in all operational aspects of the Student Life Building.
