EXPLORE OUR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS
Middle & High School Education Minor
Explore the foundations of teaching through coursework in educational psychology, multicultural education, and adolescent literacy. This minor is open to students across academic majors and provides an introduction to education without requiring teacher certification.
12 credits · Four courses
Adolescent Teacher Education (B.A.)
Prepare for New York State initial teacher certification through a second major that combines subject-specific teaching methods, classroom fieldwork, and student teaching. This pathway builds on an approved content major and the Middle and High School Education Minor.
