Special Academic Sessions

Application and Registration Information


If you are not a current Lehman College or CUNY student, you will need to apply as a visiting student: Download a Winter Session application [PDF].

Mail your application and the appropriate application fee to:
         Lehman College
         Office for Special Academic Sessions
         250 Bedford Park Blvd. West
         Bronx, NY 10468

Or, fax your application to the Lehman College Office for Special Academic Sessions at 718-960-2419 and you will be billed the application fee.

The application fee is $65 for new visiting undergraduate students, $125 for new visiting graduate students and $20 for returning students.

Visiting CUNY students

Follow the CUNY ePermit procedure to register for a class.  Visit the CUNY Portal for information on how to use CUNY ePermit. Once you have obtained your CUNY ePermit, you will be able to self-register via CUNYfirst.

Lehman College students

Lehman students who are taking Fall semester courses can self-register for the Winter session via CUNYfirst. Lehman students who are not attending classes in the Fall semester must be readmitted to the College to register for Winter session classes. For more information on readmission, visit the Lehman College Admissions Office in Shuster Hall, Room 161. Once readmitted, you may register online through Lehman's web registration system, CUNYfirst.

Accessing Online Courses

If you have registered for an online course, use your CUNY portal account from any computer with an Internet connection at home, on campus, or in many local libraries to access the class in Blackboard, the online learning platform..
